Founder + Coach
Justin Blaszak is a hockey coach, former professional player, and player-development specialist focused on helping players better understand and impact the game.
A product of California hockey, Justin's playing career took him from Southern California to Sweden and professional hockey across North America. Those experiences ultimately led to coaching and a continued pursuit of understanding how elite players develop.
His approach connects technical skill, skating, perception, decision-making, and video analysis with practical game application—helping players understand not only *how* to execute a skill, but *when and why* to use it.
Throughout his coaching career, Justin has had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the game's leading coaches and development minds, including Rod Brind'Amour, Adam Oates, Darryl Belfry, Ted Suihkonen, and Robby Glantz. He is a USA Hockey Level 5 certified coach and continues to pursue education through USA Hockey, the NHL Coaches' Association, and development environments throughout North America and internationally.
Today, Justin's work spans coaching, player development, sports technology, video analysis, and coach education, bringing those experiences together through PCH Hockey Development.
From California, With Hockey.
